Give Feedback

You have the right to present your compliments, concerns, suggestions, and complaints if you are unsatisfied with IRC services. Find IRCs complete Feedback Policy, along with your rights and what behavior to expect from IRC staff at the bottom of this page. To submit feedback:

IRC Headquarters: USP.Feedback@rescue.org

Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP): 303-863-8211 or crsp@state.co.us

The United States Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR): Click here for directions

If you or someone you know have been discriminated against, harassed, exploited, or abused by an IRC employee, intern, volunteer, or a partner organization:

You will hear a recorded greeting asking you to wait for assistance. An Intake Specialist will then come on the line. You may then ask for an Interpreter to assist you in making the report.

Client Advisory Council (CAC)

The CAC is a group of clients that have been selected to provide feedback on IRC services/programs, advocate for changes that would benefit all clients, and influence IRC leadership on key decisions. Additionally, the CAC leads their own project that addresses an issue or need amongst IRC clients.

The CAC is made up of two sub-committees, one for women and one for men. In 2023, the CAC has 15 members (8 women, 7 men) from 8 countries, including Uganda, Afghanistan, Cuba, Guatemala, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The CAC speaks 5 languages and includes clients who arrived from 2017 to 2022.

Would you like to join the CAC? We release the application once a year through SMS/Text. Our next application cycle will be open June 2024.
