How to Keep Your SNAP (Food Stamp) Benefits

Report your changes to your county.

If you move to a new address or have a change in your income, you need to report it to your county right away. Call your county office of human services to report the new address. You can also report the change through PEAK: coloradopeak.force.com

Renew your benefits on time.

Every 6 months, you will need to apply again for SNAP. Your county office will mail you the form to fill out and return to them, or you can re-apply online through PEAK: coloradopeak.force.com. Important: do not forget to sign the renewal. You may be required to complete an interview with your county office. If they require this, they will be required to provide interpretation for you if needed.
