Paying Bills and Rent

Take advantage of your time and pay your monthly bills at King Soopers, Safeway, and Walmart. At these stores, you can pay for monthly rent, phone, or Xcel bill.

Before you leave have your

• EBT, IRC, or prepaid card

• ID Card

• Bill and/or account number

When you get to the store

• Find the customer service or money service counter

• Tell the employee you would like to pay your rent, phone, or xcel bill and give the employee the bill

• Pay with your IRC or EBT card at the counter

  • If the card reader asks for food or cash, then select cash on the screen
